Process Groups are a safe place to share about how hard things in life are affecting you and those you love. You will be able to process thoughts and feelings honestly and openly, as well as receive prayer and support.
These are not group counselling sessions. They are being facilitated by our mentors, who have been trained in grief care, anxiety and depression, as well as coached in how to listen well and ask good questions. The groups will be closed from the start of the first meeting and will be run for an hour per week for 6 weeks.
Groups are available on different days of the week at different times. Please register below if you are interested.
