 ’ll hear from a professional spiritual director and an Air Canada pilot 
 as they share how they’ve cultivated spiritual health and vitality in ev
 eryday life. Come with your questions\, insights\, and curiosity.\nWe beli
 eve meaningful growth happens best around shared meals and honest conversa
 tion—and we’d love for you to be part of it\, and don't worry\, no pre
 paration is needed. \nWhat are Table Talks?\nTable Talks is a monthly gat
 hering for young adults built around a simple idea: meaningful growth hap
 pens best around shared meals and honest conversation.\nOn the last Sunday
  of every month\, our Young Adult Network gathers for a home-cooked dinner
  and a guided conversation about faith\, life\, and the questions that act
 ually matter at this stage of life.\nThe Table was one of Jesus' favourite
  gathering places with his disciples. Throughout His ministry\, Jesus reco
 gnized the importance of feeding a person's whole self: their physical bod
 y\, their mind\, their soul\, and their heart. Many of His greatest debate
 s\, discussions\, discourses\, and moments of discipleship happened as peo
 ple gathered around food. \nOur shared experience of a family dinner at t
 he table may be varied\, but at the Young Adult Network\, we believe that 
 when we gather at the table\, we find belonging\, we discuss values\, and 
 we're invited to ask questions and learn from others' experiences. We find
  ourselves nourished with laughter\, joy\, and hope - not to mention delic
 ious home-cooked food. We discover that other people are journeying along 
 in the same direction as us\, and although our stories may differ\, we hav
