Fall Retreat is open to all students in Grades 7–12, and it’s always an unforgettable weekend! It’s a great opportunity for students to have fun, build deeper friendships, and—most importantly—connect with God.
This year’s theme is “For Your Good,” inspired by Jesus’ words in John 16:7. Throughout the weekend, we’ll explore who the Holy Spirit is, why Jesus said His coming is for our good, and what it looks like to experience His presence and work in our everyday lives.
We’re also excited to have our very own Kyle Epp joining us as our retreat speaker!
Location
Camp Alexandra located a couple of blocks from the water in Crescent Beach (2916 McBride Avenue, Surrey)
Supervision & Transportation
Our very capable Youth Team will be chaperoning students.
Parents will be responsible for drop off & pick up at the retreat centre
- Drop Off Time: 6:00 PM on Friday, October 16
- Pick Up Time: 1:30 PM on Sunday, October 18
Things to Know Before We Go
Bring:
- Bible, notebook, & pen
- Sleeping Bag & pillow
- Clothes
- Deoderant/toiletries/towel/shower stuff
- Flashlight
Students are required to be at the entire retreat unless arrangments are made with parents.
Electronic devices are to be used appropriately and not during services unless it's an emergency.

Cost:
- Early Bird Rate (until 11:59 on September 30): $135 per student
- Regular Rate (until 11:59 on October 11): $155 per student

Cost of the Retreat includes:
- Accomodations for two nights
- Onsite food & snacks for the entire weekend (students will be responsible for anything purchased off site, i.e. coffee, ice cream, etc.)
