Location: Fort Langley Auditorium

Registration Deadline: November 21st

We would like to invite you to our annual Women’s Day -- a special time of connection for the women in our community to grow in friendship and prepare our hearts for the advent season by sharing with one another and serving the marginalized around us.

Many of us want to connect with others – to feel seen, known, and loved. And yet so many things can get in the way of us caring for and being cared for by the people we see each week; the people we worship with, work with, or live alongside.

When we look at Jesus and how He chose to be present to people, how He chose to be God with us, we can gain a new depth of how we can listen to and love those in our lives.

We would love to invite you to come for a day of getting to know one another: of learning to be present to one another.

Our morning together will involve worship, teaching, some laughter, a bit of Christmas, and some time in small groups as well.

In the later morning we will have a delicious brunch catered by Jeff from Tastefully Yours.

Our afternoon together will give us a space to work together to write cards and assemble gift bags for the women served by both the Gateway of Hope and the Wagner Hills Addiction Treatment Centre.

If you are excited about this initiative, we would love to invite you to bring items for these bags. If you would like to donate items towards these bags you may do so here.

Worship Leader Profile: Kaily Bennett

Kaily is a Middle School teacher at Langley Christian School. She is also a mom of two pre-school aged children and is currently living in a crazy renovation project. Originally from Victoria, Kaily traveled for a number of years, living abroad and teaching school. She has now been living in Langley for the past ten years, and came to Living Waters Church 6 years ago after waiting a very long time to finally meet her husband, Michael Bennett, who just happened to be the boy next door.

Kaily has been serving on the worship team at Living Waters Church for a number of years, and is passionate about making spaces to express gratitude and love to God, in worship.
