Opposition, Prayer, and Boldness — Part 2

Once again, Jesus’ followers are brought before the religious leaders, and once again, the religious leaders are unable to stop them. Even the religious leaders are beginning to suspect that to fight against Jesus is to fight against God. As we continue to track the development of the early church, we see a community marked by a reverent and whole-hearted commitment to Jesus, as well as a persistent witness to Jesus, which is corroborated by the miraculous work of the Spirit.
