Our team of adults is all in – passionate and fully committed to serving our youth network with everything we've got. Leading by example, mentoring, and forming genuine friendships with teenagers and families are our core values. We're here to walk this journey together, making a lasting impact.
Interested in Being on the Youth Team?
Drawing from Paul's words in 1 Thessalonians 2:8, where he says, "We loved you so much that we shared with you not only God’s Good News, but our own lives, too," this forms the heart of our youth staff team's approach. We're here to work together, extending not just the message of God's Good News, but also our very lives, with the purpose of guiding teenagers towards Jesus. It's all about walking this path side by side.

- Is an integral part of the Living Waters community.
- Shows humility and a willingness to learn and collaborate within a team.
- Demonstrates respect for others in all interactions.
- Exhibits unwavering integrity and exceptional character.
- Is authentic, real, and true to themselves.
- Embodies the qualities of a leader worth looking up to.
- Balances life wisely, displaying moderation in health, leisure, and lifestyle.
- Can commit to investing time and effort, serving for at least one school year.
